Column Bay / Legal
This policy applies to columnbay.com (the main Column Bay site) and columnbay.com/blackmass (Black Mass — System 01: FRAMED). Both are operated by Devin Finch / Column Bay, Houston, Texas.
Contact form submissions — When you fill out the contact form on the main site, we collect your name, email address, optional company name, and message. This is used solely to respond to your inquiry. Submissions are stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to Column Bay.
Black Mass waitlist — When you submit your email on the Black Mass Gate form, we collect your email address. This is used to notify you when new systems ship. It goes into the same private Google Sheet.
The Black Mass prompt builder — Nothing you type into the eight-decision generator is ever sent anywhere. All assembly happens locally in your browser. We never see it.
We do not collect passwords, payment information, or any sensitive personal data.
We use Plausible Analytics — a privacy-first, cookie-free analytics tool. Plausible collects fully anonymized aggregate data: page views, referrer sources, device type, and country. It does not use cookies, does not track individuals across sites, does not collect personal data, and is fully GDPR and CCPA compliant without requiring a consent banner.
No data from Plausible is sold or shared with third parties. You can read Plausible's own data policy at plausible.io/privacy.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone. Email addresses collected via either form are not added to any third-party marketing platform.
Email addresses and contact form submissions are kept for as long as they are operationally useful (i.e., while the conversation or the Black Mass series is active). You can request deletion at any time.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To do so, reach out via the contact form or directly on X.
If this policy changes materially, the updated date below will reflect it. We won't notify you via email for minor edits.
